Job Overview:



Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is seeking a

highly experienced Nursery Manager

to lead operations and ensure full compliance with

UAE early childhood education regulations

. The ideal candidate should possess

strong leadership skills

,

proficiency in nursery management

, and

fluent communication in both Arabic and English

to engage effectively with parents, staff, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily nursery operations

, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory bodies, including

KHDA, DHA, and Dubai Municipality

.

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

for children in accordance with UAE standards.

Ensure all staff and operational procedures align with best practices

in early childhood education.

Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff

, ensuring their professional development and performance assessments.

Serve as the main point of contact

for governmental inspections, documentation, and compliance.

Manage

admissions, curriculum updates, and parent communication

, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Oversee budget planning, financial operations, and resource management

, ensuring sustainability and cost efficiency.

Support marketing and community engagement

to promote the nursery's educational programs.

Coordinate with

external vendors

, health and safety officials, and extracurricular service providers to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

NCFE CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent

(mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience

in nursery or early childhood management.

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE childcare laws and regulatory requirements

.

Fluent in Arabic and English

- essential for effective communication with parents and stakeholders.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
