Oversee staff recruitment, HR, and daily operations
Lead and manage nursery finances, budgets, and reporting
Drive marketing, admissions, and student enrolment strategies
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in early childhood education
Must be able to provide
professional references
and
proof of work experience
License/Certification (Preferred):
CACHE Level 5 or equivalent
EYTS, QTS, PGCE in Early Years (desirable)
