The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Part of a business school final thesis, the intern will work to perform a study on 5G Business Model for local Market, it will include a complete market analysis with the current trends in B2C/B2B, the drivers for the Moroccan economy and the industries.

At the end of the study, the intern shall provide a complete report of the market analysis, the market opportunities, and a simulation of the financial business model for a CSP.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the CX team of account managers and solution sales managers to deliver the final report.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

+ Learn about the 5G technology drivers and use cases

+ Perform a detailed PESTEL Analysis including the CSP and market players

+ Collaborate with diverse interfaces to collect market data and insights

+ Interview key industrial market players to identify potential 5G industrial Use Cases

+ Simulate a 5G theoretical business mode and ROI

Your skills and experience

You have:

+ To be in the final year of graduation from Business School (ENCG, ENSA)

+ To be in the Business and Marketing branch

+ To have at least 4 years of studies after the National Baccalaureate

It would be nice if you also had:

+ Basics of Marketing tools: SWOT, PESTEL, 4PS

+ Basics of Finance

+ United States Salary Range: United States salary range: annual base salary of 56,840 -105,560 USD plus eligibility for incentive/variable pay.
