?Responsibilities
? Continuous monitoring of servers, networks, cloud apps and security alerts
?Ticket logging, first fix and timely escalation to L2/L3 teams
?Perform daily health checks, incident correlation & notification
?Backup job checks, certificate expiry and system availability tracking
?Maintain shift handover logs & follow incident SOP playbooks
