What You'll Do:
? Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
? Maintain documentation for network configurations and changes
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
? Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks
? Analyze incidents to identify trends and improve processes
?? Implement security measures to protect network integrity
- Firewall FortiGate Firewall administration
- Cisco Wireless
- Basic understanding of routing and switching
? Proven experience in a NOC or similar role
? Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
? Proficiency in using monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
