This role is
non-medical
and focuses on customer service, call handling, online order management, and emergency escalation following clinic protocols.
You will act as the clinic's
night support agent
, ensuring clients receive fast, clear communication even when the clinic is closed.
This position requires excellent communication skills, fast response behavior, and the ability to work independently at night.
Work Schedule & Rota
Night shift hours:
9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Rota:
7 nights on / 7 nights off (alternating weeks)
You will work one full week of night shifts, followed by one full week off.
This rota requires reliability and the ability to manage workload independently during quiet hours.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Answer incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly.
Always inform clients that the clinic is closed and you are the
night support team
.
Gather client information, schedule appointments, and send confirmations.
Provide basic guidance according to scripts (no medical advice).
Online Delivery Management
Handle delivery orders on Talabat, Snoonu, and Rafeeq.
Accept, prepare, and manage pickup orders.
Update item availability and follow platform procedures.
Coordinate with day staff to ensure accurate stock lists.
Emergency Call Escalation
Follow scripted triage questions to identify real emergencies.
Escalate urgent cases to the on-call veterinarian according to protocol.
Document all emergency-related interactions for the morning team.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate night logs and handover notes.
Record bookings, order activity, and pending issues for the day team.
Keep communication consistent, professional, and organized.
Requirements
Fluent English (Arabic ability preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confidence in answering calls, handling WhatsApp messages, and following scripts.
Ability to work night shifts independently.
Familiarity with delivery apps (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq) is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and comfort with apps and digital workflows.
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.
