We seek a dedicated Guest Support Agent for our Fujairah operations. This night shift role involves customer service, administrative tasks, and guest support. Candidates must be based in Fujairah with excellent communication and multitasking skills to ensure smooth guest experiences. Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests warmly and handling inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and in person. Processing reservations and updating property management systems. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Providing guest support such as arranging groceries and fulfilling requests. Responding promptly to maintenance or housekeeping issues. Supporting office admin tasks like procurement, call handling, and filing. Collaborating with guest relations to ensure excellent service. Maintaining records and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Performing additional duties as assigned. Additional Tasks:

Handling incoming calls and messages. Managing bookings and support emails. Communicating check-in/out procedures to guests. Sharing manuals and troubleshooting guides. Recording requests, issues, and complaints in PMS. Coordinating guest schedules and offers for inconveniences. Requirements:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree or related field. Male candidates preferred due to shift timing. Excellent English communication skills. Customer service orientation and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Team-oriented and detail-focused. Experience in similar roles is a plus.
