We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for India's Leading Insurance Company in Karnataka Location.
Job Roles and Duties: Build various sources of financial advisor hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipeline. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products. Provide good customer service to maintain and retain customers. Expand customer base. Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals Attending and participating in product training and conferences Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same
Desired Candidates Profile:
Any Graduation / Post Graduation 3 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain Age should be between 25 to 40 Years
Key Skills Required:
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to teach and coach other team members Team Handling experience would be beneficial for us Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
