An exciting opportunity as a member of the Advanced Services team, within the Technology Team. You will oversees customers\xe2\x80\x99 edge network build and run operations, as well as development and maintenance of tools related to XCA support tasks. XCA is a proprietary BGP optimization technology that Expereo Enhanced Internet connectivity service. This software is developed, deployed and maintained by Expereo technical Teams. Are you a ?

Job requirements

  • Edge BGP networks (routing, switching and XCA software) deployment, monitoring, and trouble management to occurring issues, eventually leading on-call support duty outside business hours.
  • Troubleshooting Internet connectivity issues raised by top tier customers and monitoring systems. Opening and coordinating trouble tickets with third parties including ISPs, Internet Exchanges and hardware vendors.
  • Support for XCA-edge software issues, in direct cooperation with the R&D Team.
  • Developing and improving internal procedures, documentation frameworks and IT tools for further automating recurring provisioning and support tasks.
  • Simple & complex configuration and maintenance of customer edge infrastructures, including: BGP routers, L3 switches, L2 switches, XCA-edge platforms, DDoS mitigation architectures and platforms.
  • Customer monthly service reporting.
  • Managing product and customer documentation.
  • Preferred Experience with SD-WAN technologies and vendors (Cisco iWAN, Silverpeak, Meraki, Viptela, etc).
