The Role The Network Performance Lead has high visibility across the MENA region and will interface with all levels , Importer and Retailer management. The role is responsible for the operational implementation of the network strategy which involves the execution, monitoring and tracking of network policies that deliver the highest standards of retailer performance and compliance. The position is office based; however, business travel might be required to work directly with the markets in performance improvement areas. Key Responsibilities 1. Managing Global Retailer Standards implementation across the MENA retailer network inclusive of communication, with consistent application of programs (Retailer Standards Audits Program -RSAP), compliance with policy and proper audit process, and other brand standards requirements. 2. Managing Retailer Standards audits (3rd Party and Self Audits) inclusive of selling cost budget, purchasing & reporting process 3. Managing and developing importer performance measurements and programs. (Variable Retailer Margin (VRM/IBB), Retailer Excellence Program(REP) Retailer Development Program (RDP) Retailer Performance ToolKit( RPTK) to drive improvement in the capability of the retailer network though the implementation of retailer standards and the use of Variable Retailer Margin (VRM/IBB) to drive Modern Luxury Client Experience 4. Managing Variable Retailer Margin (VRM/IBB) Program operational process quarterly including target setting, actual achievements, exceptions and re-investment and all the required validations. Managing the communication and reporting with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Managing Retailer Excellence Program (REP) to set annual KPIs, monthly process of tracking the improvements, communication of the functional reward winners quarterly. 6. Deploying and managing the framework and the scope of the Retailer Development Program (RDP) inclusive of the measures to improve the performance to deliver the Modern Luxury Client Experience by building the right action and behaviour. 7. Developing a framework for regular network performance reviews and coordinating the input into these reviews which are aligned with Customer Experience (CE) quarterly reviews. 8. Conduct retailer operational performance reviews to improve performance, implement and ensure follow up actions realization with cross functional coordination. 9. Cross functional lead for Retailer Performance ToolKit( RPTK) deployment & increase the usage both internally within MENA RO and externally within MENA retailer/importer network. 10. Active involvement for RPTK VRM functionality deployment to represent Importer markets. 11. Cross functional lead with Sales, Customer Service and Network Planning and implementation of sales and marketing retailer capability improvement 12. Cross functional lead on Business Planning process & program 13. Responsible for Network section on Business Planning process 14. Responsible for Retailer Financial Performance and deployment of any future tools such as ACE/Composite. 15. Support Network Planning Management with representation plan optimization studies as necessary 16. Supporting the onboarding process of the new markets by establishing, communicating and monitoring the achievement of performance measures. 17. Cross functional lead to manage performance improvement& digitalization of the performance management tools projects. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential: Degree level qualification preferably in business management, statistics or economics High level of business acumen. Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Automotive industry experience in a similar position Good understanding of drivers of Automotive and performance management. Analytical thinking & Financial modelling skills Tableau, Google analytics experience Project management experience Excellent knowledge of MS office, of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, SAP, etc. is required, Advanced project management skills and negotiation skills Desirable: Operational and/or field experience from within the automotive network Contract management and legal understanding Supplier/Vendor management Understanding of Importer Business Model, Sales, Aftersales KPIs Similar experience in a Luxury brand out of automotive industry Team management experience Budget management experience Personal Profile Essential: Highly motivated and able to work under their own initiative. Possessing advanced communication and presentational skills. Strong Organizational & Analytical Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, attention to detail. Fast and responsive \xe2\x80\x93 working to strict deadlines. Good team manager and player \xe2\x80\x93to work with cross functional teams. Strong analytical skills & financial understanding. Desirable: Confident with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to balance strategic and operational requirements. Continuously supports and creatively seeks to improve systems, applications and processes. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
