Job Description
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including routers, switches, etc and configurations.
- Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
- Designing, configuring and testing networks to meet business requirements of corporate, branch offices and new projects.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations which involves troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving network and system problems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Investigate faults in the network and report all network status
- Proactively evaluate network environments using various tools and management
