Network Engineer
Job Description
Providing support to head office and retail users for all hardware, software, and other IT peripherals
Preparing POS hardware with all software installations for retail stores, enabling smooth store openings
Preparing data diagrams for upcoming stores as per standards and consulting the same with the contractor
Liaising with ISP for internet connections and maintaining all relevant documentation
Troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware at stores, including configuring firewalls and APs
Handling store renovations and closures
Supporting footfall and biometric hardware
Planning procurement of hardware requirements for Retail Stores
PROFILE
At least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience
Sound working experience in Active Directory, IT Security & Infrastructure, Data Layout & Planning
LAN & WAN concepts, UTM Firewalls.
* Thorough knowledge of Windows PC, Printers/Scanners & Hardware Technology
