To design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot secure and reliable network infrastructure across the organization. The role ensures optimal performance of IT systems including
VoIP (3CX)

Microsoft Office 365
,
Windows and Linux servers
, and
point-of-sale systems (Micros Simphony)
, while maintaining high standards of security, availability, and documentation.
Office 365 Administration:
Manage configurations for Microsoft Office 365, including user accounts, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security settings to ensure efficient collaboration and data integrity.
Server Management:
Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux servers, including patch management, system updates, security hardening, backup planning, and overall performance optimization.
Network Security:
Implement and maintain network security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms to protect organizational data and infrastructure.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner to reduce downtime and maintain smooth IT operations.
Infrastructure Support:
Ensure the stability and functionality of business-critical systems such as VoIP (3CX), Micros Simphony POS, and other network-dependent technologies.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, IT processes, system architecture, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance and availability, generate reports, and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and data protection requirements.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with IT team members, vendors, and department heads to support technical needs and ensure alignment between IT infrastructure and business requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and new technologies to enhance overall IT efficiency and resilience.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Manager or Senior Leadership to support company-wide IT initiatives.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, financial data, documents, discussions and communication.
Compliance with Policies & Procedures:
Uphold ethical standards and comply with all company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and IT systems administration.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Office 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
Extensive experience in administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, and switching (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
Skilled in firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention, and network security tools.
Familiarity with VoIP systems such as 3CX and POS systems like Micros Simphony is an advantage.
Should have a Valid UAE Driving License.* Should be residing within Dubai only for on-call duty in the restaurant.*
