About the Role


We are seeking a

Network Development professional

with strong

civil engineering exposure

and proven experience in the

oil marketing & lubricants industry

. The role involves driving network expansion, onboarding new garages, and ensuring infrastructure compliance to brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, evaluate, and onboard new garages/workshops into the network.

Oversee

site development and civil engineering aspects

of garage setups and expansions.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new locations.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and infrastructure quality.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with garage owners and key stakeholders.

Support branding, fit-out, and technical specifications during network rollouts.

Monitor network performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For



Civil Engineering background

(degree preferred).

Prior experience in

oil marketing companies

such as

Total, Castrol, Veedol, or similar

.

Strong understanding of garage/workshop operations and development processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, with strong commercial and analytical acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
