Overview
Protect the organization's network and IT infrastructure from cyber threats by implementing security measures, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents.
Detailed
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data
- Monitor networks, servers, and applications for potential security breaches or vulnerabilities
- Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks and recommend mitigations
- Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security tools
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and security trends to enhance organizational defenses
- Prepare reports for management on security incidents, risks, and overall security posture
AED 15,000 - 20,000/month
AED 20,000 - 30,000/month (UAE nationals)
Experience (Years & Field)
+5 years in network security or IT infrastructure protection
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or Information Technology
Preference will be given to candidates holding relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security, CEH).
