Network & Cloud Infrastructure Lead Emiratisation

Job Description
You will be responsible for the design, performance, and reliability of the organization's end-to-end connectivity infrastructure. This includes both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable network operations across the enterprise.
A chance to lead critical connectivity initiatives as part of a high-impact transformation program in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide network services, including routing, switching, MPLS, SDWAN, SASE, DNS, VPNs, F5 (WAF & Proxy), WiFi, and telephony.
- Manage hybrid cloud network integrations, including Azure and AWS connectivity, ExpressRoute, and VPN architecture.
- Monitor network traffic and system performance to proactively identify issues, resolve incidents, and maintain high service availability.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, including firewalls, access controls, and compliance with local government security policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of connectivity frameworks to meet evolving business and technology needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in enterprise network engineering and operations, with hands-on experience across core technologies like MPLS, SDWAN, SASE, DNS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments, with experience in Azure/AWS networking and integration.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and incident resolution in high-demand environments.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance policies, particularly in public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Skilled in managing vendors and driving service excellence through effective SLA governance.
