Network Administrator EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering from a recognized University.

• 5 years of direct experience as a Network Administrator on Cisco Switching, Routing & Voice.

• Cisco Certification such a CCNP Routing and switching

• Candidates currently available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC

• Contract Duration: 1 Year extendable

Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with IT team to design and implement functional corporate data, voice, and wireless networks, respectively. Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and networking components. Operational administration of network infrastructure including preparation of performance reports, routine testing, and patching activities. Support project responsibility related to network components including recommending new solutions. Customer Satisfaction, excellent troubleshooting, and communication skills. Technical Skills: Installing and Configuring Network switches, routers, voice and wireless network equipment. Able to review and perform timely firmware upgrades for the network devices. Able to review and perform timely patch updates for windows server environment. Well versed with ITIL Change ticketing procedure, Experience with ticketing system and opening/closing/transferring problem tickets Able to configure and setup monitoring for entire LAN & WAN environment. Able to respond to system generated alerts and incidents in a timely manner. Well versed with NOC infrastructure. Assist the IT service desk to troubleshoots all IT issues whenever necessary. Document the current network architecture and propose resilient setup based on high availability for key components. Generate a weekly and monthly availability report for all the Network devices.
