Candidate must be expert in below areas: Data canter/Servers/backups: a. Windows server 2008 and higher troubleshooting b. Windows server rolls management c. Windows server health check-ups and reports d. Backup devices and backup software knowledge e. disaster recovery f. Ups/cooling system g. Hardware replacement Firewall/VPN setup a. Firewall - SonicWall preferred b. VPN configuration between branches. Net Extender/Velo Network/low current setup: a. Local network design and configuration b. Hikvision NVR and camera management c. Avaya IP phones support d. Ubiquity wireless devices control e. Installation and managing biometric device Desktop support a. Desktop and laptop new installation and maintenance b. Network printer installation and manage c. Managing MFP devices, etc General: a. Software reseller communication/vendor dealing b. ERP knowledge like system provisioning, user maintenance, environment awareness like SAP, MS Dynamics. c. Cloud platforms such SAAS, iAAS, PAAS. Ideal Candidate: 1. Saudi 2. 5 to 7 years relevant experience 3. Holds Bachelor's degree with specializations like MCSA, CCNA. 4.
