The overall purpose of this role is to efficiently handle Administrative activities within the Mall Operations Team and also to provide Arabic Support in a professional manner so as to achieve the overall business objectives.

Coordination function:
Responsible for providing high level of Coordination with other departments within the retail units
Administrative activities:
Ariba Administrator for Mall Office Management
Coordination function:
Coordinate with internal Department / other entities, etc.
Arabic Communication activities
Provide Arabic communication activities support to the team.
Office Support
Provide Back-Up support for the Line Manager & the Support Team
Receiving all incoming and outgoing mail / documents courier packages and other deliveries and are correctly updated in the Document Tracker.
Job Context:
The role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support to office management and administrative services in a professional and efficient manner. The individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and works as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s office routines and procedures.
