About Emirates Global AluminiumEmirates Global Aluminium is the world's biggest 'premium aluminium' producer and the largest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside the oil and gas industry. EGA is an integrated aluminium producer, with operations on four continents from bauxite mining to the production of cast primary aluminium and recycling. EGA employs over 7,000 of these people including more than 1,200 UAE Nationals. EGA operates aluminium smelters in Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah in the United Arab Emirates, an alumina refinery in Al Taweelah, a bauxite mine and associated export facilities in the Republic of Guinea, a speciality foundry in high strength recycled aluminium in Germany, and a recycling plant in the United States.

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is pleased to announce our National Training Programs, available at both our Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali locations. These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.

Position: National Trainee Smelter

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting 6 months, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programmes, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.

Program Requirements:

UAE National holding a UAE passport High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience Good communication skills in English Completed the National Service (If Applicable) * Aged between 20-32
