Job Overview
As a Housekeeping Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations through administrative and logistical assistance. This includes coordinating guest-related housekeeping needs, managing inventories and vendor communication, and ensuring operational efficiency across the department-all while upholding the signature luxury standards of the Jumeirah brand.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Housekeeping department
• Coordinate team schedules, room inspections, and special guest preparations
• Maintain and update records, rosters, inventory logs, and procurement documents
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers for smooth service delivery
• Assist in preparing reports, project plans, and compliance documentation
• Track and follow up on maintenance, supplies, and linen stock requirements
• Support the housekeeping management team in implementing daily operational tasks

Job Requirements

• Must be a UAE National with a Family Book (required for National Talent program)
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment
• Diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, and vendors professionally
