Job Description
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is pleased to announce our National Training Programs, available at both our Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali locations. These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.
Position: National Trainee
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Fields: Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical
Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programmes, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.
Program Requirements:
UAE National holding a UAE passport High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience Good communication skills in English Completed the National Service (If Applicable) Aged between 21-32
