The FP&A Associate role will provide the Northern & Western Africa (N&WA) cluster and the Finance team with full support in the area of financial planning and analysis, as well as take the responsibility over selected entity related tasks, including: Master data management & cluster data integrity. Ownership over cluster planning and reporting tools. Preparation of various analysis and reporting decks. Support to markets on understanding of actuals and preparation of plan inputs. Ownership over selected entity tasks (analysis, transaction preparation, bank/cash transactions follow up). Support to cluster FP&A lead with various projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO...

Responsible for N&WA master data, reporting tools management and overall cluster data integrity. Master data: ensure accuracy of master data: market / cost center structure, pricing, VMC etc. Reporting & Planning tool: ensure required tool development & support team members/GBS managing the tool administration incl. preparation of planning cycles, actuals load, maintenance. Ensure development & manage efficient reporting packages. Data integrity: ensure N&WA cluster data is consistent across market tool and corporate applications.

Support N&WA FP&A Manager in preparation of performance reporting and packages: actuals, plan exercises, other (CFO communication, weekly briefs, actual performance reports, plan decks, etc.). Support distribution of reporting and comment change to reports users as necessary.

Support N&WA FP&A Manager and the N&WA cluster markets in preparation of plan exercises, including schedule preparation, support on input generation and upload to the N&WA planning tool, preparation of analysis and presentation decks, load of N&WA data to regional and corporate systems.

Take ownership over selected entity activities: Bank and cash reconciliation and review. Monthly tax declarations validation.

Manage selected closing activities: Market accruals preparation & tracking Royalty invoices & accruals Other selected transactions Assist statutory audit teams in reviewing financial data for N&WA entities.

Support the cluster and the finance tram with other tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR...

University degree in Accounting/Finance. Globally recognized accounting qualification is an advantage. 5+ years of FP&A and/or accounting positions in FMCG companies. Fluent English. Advanced MS Office user, SAP knowledge.
