Young Innovative Team Yamaha, the world market leader in musical instruments, audio and music education seeks a suitable person for the position of a Music Education Specialist in MENA region The job description:

• Plan, prepare and conduct the seminars of Yamaha Music School (YMS) method for the franchisee teachers
• Plan, prepare and conduct the seminars of Yamaha's Music Popularization program
• Evaluate and consult the franchisee teachers to improve the quality of YMS lessons
• Evaluate and consult the schoolteachers for the Music Popularization program
• Consult YMS franchisees for marketing and promotion activities to improve the business
• Conduct YMS grade examination for YMS franchisees
• Build and maintain solid relationship with YMS franchisee
• Administration works

What we expect from you:

• More than 3 years of teaching experience in music education
• Fluent (verbal and written) in Arabic and in English
• Ability to relate to, and work with different personality types and nationalities
• Good level of piano performance (equivalent of YMS grade5, Grade 8 ABRSM or similar)
• Playing skills on other instruments (preferable)
• Good knowledge of music theory
• Ability to conduct good presentations
• Flexibility for travel within our business territories (Middle east, Africa, CIS countries)
• Good team player
• Microsoft Office programs (Power point, Word, Excel, Office365)
