What we are looking for : Digimind is looking for a Customer Education Specialist to join our Customer Education team in Rabat for a 6-month internship. A keen learner, passionate about technology, teaching and social media, your role will be to provide best-in-class onboarding experience to our clients. Your key responsibilities

Develop a deep knowledge of our social media monitoring solutions and stay up-to-date with new feature releases and product developments;

Animate online functional training sessions for our worldwide customers (once you have mastered all aspects of the Digimind platform);

Maintain training documentation such as help center articles, user guides, presentation slides etc;

Create e-learning courses and video tutorials for our Social Media listening software solutions;

Manage learner access to our Learning Management System.

What you bring :

You are a Masters candidate enrolled in a Marketing/Business Administration/Instructional Design program or a related field;

You are available for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible; Mandatory to have an Internship agreement;

You have complete professional fluency in English and French. Spanish is a plus;

You have a strong desire to learn everyday. You are passionate about teaching and technology and you enjoy explaining difficult-to-understand subjects in easy-to-learn ways;

You have a very strong sense of customer service and satisfaction;

You have a high attention to detail, you are resourceful, creative and tech-savvy;

You rigorously organize, report and track activities;

You have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
