Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of
AC systems
and
general electrical systems
.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of issues related to both AC units and electrical infrastructure.
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment and systems.
Install, maintain, and repair building systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick, efficient solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.
Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Multi-Technician or similar role with a strong background in
AC systems and electrical maintenance
.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the UAE
in a similar role is a must.
Proficiency in handling both AC and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Certifications in AC or electrical maintenance (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
