Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Multi-Technician

to support the maintenance and fit-out operations of our Holiday Homes portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple technical disciplines and be capable of handling day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure properties are always guest-ready and maintained to high standards.

This role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced short-term rental environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

general fit-out and maintenance works

for holiday homes Perform

electrical works

(minor wiring, lighting, sockets, fixtures, troubleshooting) Handle

AC maintenance and basic repairs

(filter cleaning, minor faults, coordination with HVAC specialists when required) Execute

carpentry works

(doors, cabinets, furniture assembly, minor repairs) Install, maintain, and troubleshoot

smart locks and access systems

Conduct

preventive maintenance checks

before guest check-ins Respond quickly to

urgent maintenance issues

during guest stays Repair or replace damaged items, fixtures and fittings Coordinate with operations or guest relations teams when access is required Report major issues, damages, or replacement needs to management Ensure all work complies with

UAE safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Multi-Technician

, Maintenance Technician, or similar role Strong knowledge of

electrical, AC, carpentry, and general maintenance works

Experience with

smart lock installation and troubleshooting

(highly preferred) Familiarity with maintenance needs of

holiday homes or residential properties

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Good problem-solving and time management skills Physically fit and able to perform hands-on technical work Flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends if required English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
