Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in residential and commercial properties.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
Repair and replace faulty wiring, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning components, and other building elements.
Assist with minor carpentry and painting work as required.
Follow safety regulations and company guidelines while performing tasks.
Coordinate with supervisors and report completed work.
Requirements:
? Minimum
3 years
of experience as a Multi Technician.
? Diploma or certification in
Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
.
? Strong knowledge of
electrical wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC, and carpentry work
.
? Ability to read and interpret
technical diagrams and blueprints
.
? Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
? UAE driving license
(preferred but not mandatory)
.
? Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
