The Multi Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. The role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks are completed efficiently to maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Diagnose and repair issues related to
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
work.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems or equipment.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
Record maintenance activities and report recurring issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Assist during emergencies such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
Minimum
2-3 years of hotel or facility maintenance experience
.
Knowledge of basic
electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems
.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
