Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile

Multi Technician

to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with a passion for environmental sustainability. An educational or professional background in ecology is highly desirable, as this role integrates traditional maintenance responsibilities with eco-conscious practices.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Maintenance:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical equipment. Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards

Environmental Sustainability:

Implement eco-friendly practices in daily maintenance tasks. Monitor and report on energy consumption, suggesting improvements for efficiency. Participate in waste reduction and recycling initiatives within the facility

Facility Upkeep:

Conduct inspections to identify areas requiring repairs or upgrades. Assist in space reconfigurations, installations, and other facility projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment logs.

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines. Additional coursework or certification in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related fields is preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a multi-technical maintenance role within facility management. Experience integrating sustainable practices into maintenance operations is advantageous. Must have UAE Driving license
