Job Description
Welcome to Sun and Sand Building Contracting We are looking for Multi-Talented Technicians for our company which is established in UAE- for quite a long time. The requirements for the job role are as follows
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in the field of Maintenance is mandatory in the Gulf region.
- Knowledge of MEP ,AC and Civil works.
- Routine inspection of all common areas of the managed property. This includes all electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as the air conditioning system, generator set, elevator and all mechanical pumps installed on the managed property
- Attends to job applications and other emergency work whenever required
- Report any anomalies to the building engineer/property manager
- Building Regular inspection
