We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we're looking for a Repair & Maintenance Multi Technician. The Repair & Maintenance Multi Technician will be directly responsible to preserve the good condition and quality control of all of our properties. You will be performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks including Plumbing, AC Maintenance, Electrical, Painting & Plastering, pool maintenance, landscaping, and more! The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong problem-solving mind and attention to details. Also able to work as part of a team, take initiative and be responsible all the while observing health and safety guidelines. Your Objectives are:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and report issues following company procedures

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems: light bulbs and sockets, circuit breaker panels etc.

• Perform maintenance of plumbing systems: angle valves, shattaf pipes, water filters, clogged sinks and tubs, water heaters, signs of water leaks etc.

• Perform basic maintenance of AC systems: filters, drain pipes, thermostat etc.

• Perform regular maintenance of pools: brushing, vacuuming, water testing, pumps & filters etc.

• Perform general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry, lock systems, landscaping.

• Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection)

• Assist management in budget preparation and material planning for projects and ensure it is followed

• Report and communicate to management on a daily basis about maintenance issues and how they were resolved

• Experienced in repair & maintenance activities

• Has basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC and Swimming Pool and others

• Has knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work and find solutions

• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus value for this role

• Driving license is a plus value for this role
