Job Description
Greeting for SBS ONE TECHINICAL L.L.C We are looking for A/C TECHNICIAN OR HVAC TECHINICIAN with 2 years of experience to work on site with out any assistance and who can manage the site thoroughly in ABU DHABI We are a full fledge facilities management company who deals with major organizations over U.A.E.
The technician must be having basic AIR CONDITION'S TECHINICAL KNOWLEDGE of estimation, identifying the problem, solving the issue and all the HVAC expertise as well to perform effectively.
The Candidate must be well experienced and be able to assist other technicians at the site and deliver the site on time HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
- HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
