We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician Supervisor/Foreman for interior fit-out works with who has in hand strong technical expertise in both civil works and interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead site operations, ensure quality execution, and drive timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent knowledge in Interior Fit-out related works Excellent knowledge in MEP and civil construction works Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil and fit-out works. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material usage effectively. Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Enforce health & safety standards on site. Conduct quality checks for civil and finishing works. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management. Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Working knowledge in BOQ and quotations. Can prepare BOQ and Quotations if required

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of structural works, block work, plastering, screeding, and waterproofing. Expertise in gypsum partitioning, false ceilings, joinery, tiling, painting, and other finishing works. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Understanding of MEP coordination within fit-out works. Proficient in site measurements, material take-offs, and quantity verification. Familiarity with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and authority approval processes. Skilled in using basic site surveying tools and ensuring accurate levels and alignments. Strong problem-solving abilities in on-site construction challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in the UAE as a Foreman/supervisor in interior fit-out. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and reporting skills in English. UAE driving license is a must.
Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
