Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile and capable of performing a variety of technical tasks across different disciplines. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:



Conduct inspections and identify issues with various systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems). Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools. Install new equipment or systems (e.g., lighting fixtures, HVAC units). Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate effectively with other team members and contractors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
