Job Title: Multi Technician - AC & General Maintenance
Location:Abu Dhabi/Dubai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (split, package, and ducted units)-FCU,AHU.
Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues and ensure timely repair to avoid downtime.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections on all HVAC equipment. o Assist with general facility maintenance tasks including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and respond to urgent service requests across all park locations.
Maintain service logs and reports on completed tasks.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC and general maintenance roles.
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Air Conditioning or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting AC systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Good communication skills.
Flexible to travel between different park locations.
