MT5 Administrator - OneZero Bridge Specialist

Head of Trading Systems / CTO / Trading Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, manage and optimise MT5 servers (live, demo, access, backup). Manage MT5 Manager / Administrator terminals: create user groups, accounts, permissions; define symbols, spreads, commissions, swaps, trading sessions. Configure and maintain liquidity bridge using OneZero: set up LP connectivity, symbol mappings, routing rules, mark-ups, execution rules. Monitor and ensure the stability of trading infrastructure: price feeds, trading servers, low latency, high availability, fail-over. Troubleshoot issues: trade rejections, latency, slippage, bridge issues, FIX connectivity problems. Ensure integration between trading platform, back-office, risk management, CRM and liquidity providers. Generate reports for trading volume, execution quality, latency, rejects, price feed accuracy, exposure. Work with IT/DevOps on server/infrastructure changes (Windows/Linux, networking, cloud or on-premises). Support trading operations and risk teams to ensure correct execution workflow and system configuration. Maintain documentation (SOPs, system diagrams, run-books) for platform operations and incident management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum ~3 years (or more) of experience administering MT5 trading platforms in a brokerage/trading firm environment. Hands-on experience with OneZero bridge (or similarly PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid) -- configuring LPs, routing, symbol mapping, mark-ups. Technical knowledge of FIX protocol, price feeds, trading system architecture. Experience with server OS (Windows Server preferred, maybe Linux), network protocols, monitoring tools, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot high-pressure trading environments (24/5). Excellent communication skills, team-player mindset.

Desirable:

Experience with other bridge/aggregation engines (PrimeXM XCore, Centroid). Experience in UAE or GCC region (familiarity with local regulations, market conditions). Knowledge of risk management / margin / exposure settings on MT5. Cloud hosting experience (AWS/Azure) and monitoring/stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix).

Working Hours & Expectations:

Will operate in a high-availability trading environment; may require on-call support or shift covering market opening times across time zones. Regular maintenance windows and change-control responsibilities.
