About the Role

We are seeking a

Backend Support Specialist

with solid experience in MT5 administration and trade execution systems to ensure smooth operation of our trading platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing server configurations, maintaining liquidity bridges, and supporting internal teams with technical and functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain MT5 Administrator and Manager Terminals, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of servers, access points, and core plugins. Manage liquidity bridging solutions and ensure efficient trade flow between liquidity providers and trading servers. Monitor trade execution processes to maintain optimal pricing, low latency, and stable performance. Handle user administration within the MT5 system -- including account creation, group management, and permission settings. Analyze and report trading performance metrics (slippage, spreads, swaps, latency) to enhance execution quality and client experience. Provide technical support to internal teams on MT5-related issues and escalate complex cases when required. Collaborate with IT and risk teams to ensure system integrity, trade flow stability, and alignment with operational risk frameworks. Support ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of trading systems and data connectivity.

Technical & Functional Knowledge

Proficient in MT5 Administrator and Manager Terminals -- setup, configuration, and maintenance. Strong understanding of liquidity connectivity and bridging solutions. Knowledge of trade execution models and risk management principles. Familiarity with financial instruments (FX, CFDs, Commodities, Indices) and market mechanics (leverage, margin, order types). Understanding of server performance metrics and execution quality analysis.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a brokerage or trading environment. Strong knowledge of MT5 backend systems, liquidity bridges, and execution flow. Experience working with liquidity providers, data feeds, and bridge configurations. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
