Overview:
800 Storage Dubai is the highest-rated storage provider in the UAE. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Moving Team Supervisor to lead our moving crews and ensure seamless execution of moving jobs. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and uphold high service standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage moving team members during packing, loading, transport, and unloading processes.
• Conduct on-site assessments to ensure proper handling of customer belongings and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time, safely, and in line with company policies and client expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the move, addressing questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for route planning, scheduling, and crew assignments.
• Maintain inventory of packing materials and moving equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain service quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on completed jobs, team performance, and incidents, if any.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the moving, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safe handling, lifting techniques, and moving equipment.
• Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, inventory, and reporting is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
