Oversee daily operations, ensuring landscape and ecological maintenance meet sustainability, safety, and biodiversity standards. Coordinates schedules, manages supplies, ensures reporting, and liaises with leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the daily tasks of Team Caretakers.
Develop and maintain weekly schedules for site maintenance across all zones.
Ensure safety protocols, PPE use, and provide training on plant care, tools, and animal handling.
Monitor performance of the landscape and coordinate with specialists.
Track tool and equipment inventory; manage procurement and maintenance schedules.
Maintain records of interventions, plant health, animal care, and site issues.
Assist in data collection for monitoring and reporting systems.
Requirements:
3-5 years supervisory experience in landscaping horticulture, or environmental management.
Knowledge of desert plants, and comfort with livestock and bees.
Comfortable with tools, PPE, and outdoor work year-round, plus basic irrigation fixes.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting apps, and task trackers.
Strong organizational and communication skills in English.
