Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Motor/Medical Insurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating motor insurance software applications, policy management systems, and customer portals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal functionality. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and underwriters to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for motor insurance applications. Validate policy creation, premium calculations, endorsements, claims processing, renewals, and cancellations. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for web and mobile platforms. Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies in test management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage. Validate data flow between internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., telematics, underwriting databases). Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, Solvency II). Prepare test summary reports and contribute to go-live decisions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Insurance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably within the motor or medical insurance domain. Strong understanding of motor insurance lifecycle (quoting, policy issuance, claims, renewals, etc.). Experience with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman. Familiarity with SQL and ability to validate data at the backend. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
