Responsibilities
Evaluate and validate insurance information to potential client and process the necessary resolutions for parties.
Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable policies.
Provide Insurance advice in a way that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Follow - up to ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
Timely follow- up for policy renewals
Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
Compliance according to state regulations and policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
* Motor, Home and Travel Insurance: 2 years (Required)
