Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations for air tickets, visa applications, hotel bookings, transportation, and holiday bookings.
Liaise with B2B agents, suppliers, and vendors to negotiate the best travel deals and ensure smooth processing.
Monitor active bookings, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage payment collections from clients.
Maintain updated databases for travel packages and client records.
Prepare customized travel packages based on client preferences (leisure, corporate, groups).
Create detailed itineraries including hotel stays, transport, excursions, and travel insurance.
Coordinate with ticketing and visa teams to ensure all package elements are confirmed and aligned.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, pricing, and seasonal promotions.
Suggest improvements in internal systems and service offerings based on client feedback.
Process reservations, issue tickets, handle refunds, and manage payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate transaction records, including invoices and ticketing documents.
Submit daily sales and operations reports to management.

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in travel consulting or operations (inbound & outbound).
Experience with GDS platforms is preferred.
IATA certificate preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation tools.
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
