Job description:
Responsible to open and recording the claim and manage it as per agreed TAT (processing, steering, and looking into it)
Perform plausibility checks and consult an external expert when needed
Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts
Responsible for invoice and bill claims
Implement Claims SOP within the service network/dealers
Guide, train and direct service network/dealers on claims process and modules.
Collect and update the internal procedures supported by technical bulletins/literature released by OEMs
Ensure customer grievance to be addressed at top most priority and resolve the same within the set TAT laid down by department/organization
Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical engineering, or similar education
Technician and also have a commercial understanding
Previous experience with motor extended warranty claims, insurance and/or assistance market, network expansion and also management of direct / indirect teams
Fluent in Arabic is a must and in advanced skills in English
Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible & adaptable to change
Well-versed with MS Office
Happy to work in an office environment
