Desired Candidate Profile



Minimum 1.5 years of experience in UAE mortgage operations Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 6 members.(transition a ready-performing mortgage team will be a strong advantage.) Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, mortgage documentation, and processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Target-driven, proactive, and capable of driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team of mortgage professionals, ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets. Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process including client acquisition, documentation, approvals, and disbursement. Develop strategies to grow mortgage portfolios and optimize operational efficiency. Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, productivity, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and client satisfaction.
