Generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
Liaise with banks, clients, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present mortgage proposals and financial comparisons.
Maintain proper documentation and records in line with compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mortgage sales or real estate (minimum 1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of UAE Real estate / UAE mortgage market / UAE banking practices.
Existing relationships with local banks and real estate developers is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
UAE driving license is required
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business
Certification in real estate or mortgage consultancy (optional but beneficial).
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives
