Pazzl Mortgage is a UAE-based mortgage advisory firm providing end-to-end home financing solutions for residents and non-residents. We specialize in residential mortgages, buy-outs, equity releases, refinancing, and off-plan financing across leading UAE banks.
Role Summary :
The Mortgage Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and closing mortgage transactions while maintaining high service standards and strong bank and broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and convert mortgage leads through referrals, brokers, and direct sourcing.
Advise clients on suitable mortgage structures and products.
Coordinate with banks for approvals, valuations, FOLs, and disbursements.
Manage end-to-end client communication and expectations
.
Ensure compliance with AML and UAE Central Bank regulations.
Skills & Experience:
1-3 years experience
in mortgage sales, banking, or financial services.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of UAE mortgage products and bank processes.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Compensation :
