Location: Dubai
Experience: 3-5 years in the UAE mortgage industry with real estate knowledge
Qualifications: Relevant mortgage certifications or licensing (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide expert mortgage consultation and advice to clients based on their financial needs
?Evaluate client financial backgrounds and recommend suitable mortgage products
?Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, banks, and clients
?Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions with financial institutions
?Assist clients through the mortgage application and approval process
?Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
?Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate and mortgage market trends
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Relevant certifications or licensing in mortgage or finance preferred
Excellent command of English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
