Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the UAE mortgage market and possess strong real estate knowledge. This role involves advising clients on mortgage options, negotiating terms, and facilitating smooth loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage consultation and advice to clients based on their financial needs Evaluate client financial backgrounds and recommend suitable mortgage products Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, banks, and clients Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions with financial institutions Assist clients through the mortgage application and approval process Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate and mortgage market trends
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Relevant certifications or licensing in mortgage or finance preferred Excellent command of English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with strong communication abilities

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
