Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is actively seeking experienced Mortgage Advisers with in-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products and banking procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on mortgage products from leading UAE banks and financial institutions

Analyze client profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable options

Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: pre-approval, documentation, application, and final disbursal

Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal sales teams

Ensure complete compliance with UAE banking and Central Bank mortgage regulations

Meet monthly targets for mortgage submissions and approvals

Stay updated on changes in mortgage policies, interest rates, and property finance guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of mortgage procedures, bank requirements, and documentation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial advisory skills

Proven track record of successful mortgage deals

Must be currently residing in Dubai or UAE

Ability to handle client queries independently and close deals efficiently

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Basic Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000/month based on experience
